My hospital system is interested in developing protocols for inpatients who either have wounds or develop wounds. Does anyone know if any hospitals have such algorithms/protocols?  Thanks

They usually have the protocols already written and they can tailor them to your specific institutional needs. I would contact the company that provides your inpatient wound care supplies and ask them if they can help with the protocols.
