Our local newspaper ran an article today saying how there are no PCPs in town who are accepting new patients with Medicaid or Medicare. There are some practices still accepting new patients, but they're outside of town and public transportation in our rural area is extremely limited.

I'm certain that other communities are dealing with similar situations. How do you handle this? Does your practice have a limit on the number of Medicaid or Medicare patients you see?
