Steps to take to guarantee the newsletters reach your Inbox
[ Hotmail and MSN Users ]The spam filtering protocol used by Hotmail and MSN may direct podiatry Newsletter emails to your junk or bulk email folder. To keep this from happening, we recommend the following:
  1. Login to your Hotmail or MSN account
  2. Click on "Contacts"
  3. Click on "safe list"
  4. Add mail.presentelearning.com to your safe list
[ AOL Users ]The spam filtering protocol used by AOL may direct requested podiatry Newsletter emails to your junk or bulk email folder. To keep this from happening, we recommend that you add " mail.presentelearning.com" (without the quotes) to your address book.
[ Yahoo Users ]The spam filtering protocol used by Yahoo may direct requested podiatry Newsletter emails to your junk or bulk email folder. To keep this from happening, we recommend the following:
  1. Login to your Yahoo account
  2. Click on "Mail Options"
  3. Click on "Filters"
  4. To the right of "From header contains," type " mail.presentelearning.com" (without the quotes)
  5. To the right of "Then...Move the message to," select "Inbox"
  6. Click the "Add Filter" button

[ Microsoft Outlook Users ] Just add mail.presentelearning.com to your Safe Senders list. Reading your email with Outlook 2003? You might want to tweak your settings to make sure all the images in the email appear correctly.
