While a 56Kbps dial-up connection is supported, a Cable or DSL broadband Internet is strongly recommended for optimal video playback. You will need an up-to-date web browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or the AOL browser with Java and JavaScript enabled. Some lectures require the use of Internet Explorer to run and will not run with other browsers. Lectures may require the use of helper applications or plug-ins to access the materials. For example, most online lectures/presentations require either Adobe Flash Player or Windows Media Player (both free). To be able to print completion certificates Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed.
